    I’m an Exercise Science graduate, human performance specialist, post-rehab practitioner, and flexologist dedicated to helping people move pain-free, reduce burnout, and to face life with more energy, focus, and resilience.

    Through my Rebuild Risk Reduction protocol, I address your root cause of musculoskeletal pain, stress, and fatigue. I maintain to deliver impactful, preventative care that enhances productivity and well-being. My mission is simple: to help you feel better, live better, and thrive better—during any point of your life.

    Kylee Graef | PA-C

    Kylee Graef, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with a strong foundation in both nutrition and clinical medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and a master's degree in physician assistant studies, both from Idaho State University.

    Kylee has provided care in a variety of clinical settings, having worked with both Saint Alphonsus Medical Group and St. Luke's Clinic. Her experience in these respected health systems has strengthened her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on wellness, prevention, and education.

    Outside of her clinical work, Kylee is a former collegiate track and field athlete and continues to be an avid exercise enthusiast, bringing her passion for healthy living into her daily practice.
